Qingjie Zhao, Chairman |
Mr. Zhao was born in 1957, graduated from Liaoning University of Technology (LUT), is a senior engineer of professor level, and a postgraduates tutor of LUT, He is also a committee member of the Liaoning Provincial People’s Political Consultative Congress and representative of the Jinzhou Municipal People’s Congress. Mr. Zhao had served in universities, research institutions and enterprises as lecturer, head of shock absorber research centre, general manager and chairman respectively. He has over 20 years experience as senior management and 29 years experience in automotive industry. |
Qingdong Zeng, Director |
Qingdong Zeng, age 47, appointed as the Chief Strategy Officer of the Company at July 2, 2010. In such position, Mr. Zeng will oversee the Company’s daily operations of accounting, research and development, legal affairs and human resource and assist the Chief Executive Officer in the development and implementation of the Company’s overall strategies.
Mr. Zeng has been the Company’s director since June 10, 2010 and the vice president since December 2009. He has also been the president of our subsidiary Jinzhou Wanyou Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd. since September 2006. He was the president of Jinzhou Wonder Suspension Co., Ltd. from June 1994 to August 2006. From July 1988 to May 1994, he held teaching position at the Automotive College of Liaoning University of Technology. Mr. Zeng has over 16 years experience in enterprise management and over 25 years experience in the automotive industry. Mr. Zeng has also been the director of Jinheng Automotive Safety Technology Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since October 2004. He also serves as a director of China Wonder Limited, a company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Zeng is a professor-level senior engineer and an expert who has been awarded with the PRC State Council Special Allowance. Mr. Zeng received a master degree in engineering science from Jilin University in 1988.

Larry Goldman, Director |
Mr. Goldman is a certified public accountant with over 25 years of audit, consulting and technical experience as a partner in Livingston, Wachtell & Co., LLP, a Manhattan-based CPA firm. He has worked with a wide variety of companies assisting them in many areas including streamlining their operations and increasing profitability. Mr. Goldman has extensive experience in both auditing and consulting with public companies. He also has experience providing accounting and consulting services to the Asian marketplace since the year 2000, having worked with Chinese public companies now listed on the Nasdaq and OTCBB markets. Mr. Goldman has also been a CFO of two companies listed on the OTCBB, with extensive experience in establishing strong internal controls to safeguard the assets of the company. He has led efforts to adhere to SEC regulations and Sarbanes Oxley 404 requirements. Mr. Goldman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and a Masters of Science degree in Taxation from Pace University. |
Xianzhang Wang, Director |
Mr.Wang Xianzhang graduated from Liaoning Finance & Economic Institute (now known as Notheastern University of Finance and Economics)in 1965 and has been working in the insurance industry since then.He acted suceessively as General Manager of the People’s Insurance Company of PICC,Liaoning Branch,Vice President of PICC,Vice President of the People’s Insurance (Group)Company of China (and concurrently President of China Insurance H.K(Holding)Co.,Ltd.).He assumed the position of Party Secretary and President of China Life Insurance Company since 2000. |

Xiaoyu Zhang, Director |
Mr. Xiaoyu Zhang is Director of Wonder Auto Technology Inc in April 2009. Since 2001, Mr. Zhang has been serving as Vice President of China Machinery Industry Federation, and as Chairman of the Sixth Council of Society of Automotive Engineering of China. Mr. Zhang was the Deputy Director-General of the State Bureau of Machinery China from 1998 to 2001, and the Deputy Director and Director of Automotive Division of the former Ministry of Machine-Building Industry of China from 1993 to 1998. He graduated from Tsinghua University in 1968. | |
